Corporate Social Responsibility
Saval has always devoted a lot of energy and attention to its social responsibility in relation to fire safety. To this end, we participate in various platforms such as Eurofeu, Vebon, the Standards Committee, etc. Saval also promotes socially responsibility in other areas. A few examples:

Fluorine-free fire protection
Saval is at the forefront of the development of a completely fluorine-free fire protection. In collaboration with TNO, we have developed a foam for portable fire extinguishers, without harmful PFAS. This without making concessions to the extinguishing capacity, on both solids and liquids.
Reduction and recycling
Saval is a signatory to various covenants to achieve reductions in packaging, energy, etc. Saval also provides environmentally-responsible acceptance and recycling at the end of the product cycle (powders, batteries, paper/card, etc.).

Saval Belgium offers disadvantaged groups the opportunity to participate in the labour process.
Children and burns charities
Saval provides long-term for sponsorship for children’s burns charities in the Netherlands and Belgium.
