The ERT member is the first point of contact within the organisation in the event of accidents and emergencies. The basic ERT course trains the ERT member in fire control, communication in emergencies and evacuation. ERT members can also perform life-saving actions in the event of accidents and use the available equipment such as an AED or first aid kit. Validity

We recommend taking regular, but at least annual, ERT refresher courses based on your risks. In this way, you will keep your knowledge and skills up to the required level.

Course participants who have a valid first aid diploma issued by Oranje Kruis or Rode Kruis are exempt from the Life-saving First Aid module and so need to complete only one day of training in order to qualify for the ERT diploma.

Admission requirements

Participants must be able to speak and write Dutch (to LBO level).

Venue and lunch

In order to save time and increase familiarity for course participants, we can deliver practice and theory at your location. In this case, lunch is provided by the client. Naturally, tailored solutions are available for both the venue and for lunch. We can also hold the course at our head office in Breda or at one of our other training locations in the Netherlands. In this case, we will organise lunch for all participants.

In order to assure the quality and safety of the course, we assume a group size of 15 participants.
