+ Organising the ERT
+ Managing the ERT
+ Communication with the ERT and management
+ Organising training sessions and drills for the ERT
Course duration: 3 days (24 hours) including exam.
The first 2 training days will be delivered approximately one week apart. In order to allow time for an exam assignment, the third training day/exam day will be scheduled in consultation with the course participants and examinations board approximately 2 months later. The instructor can give you help and advice with homework and preparing the exam assignment throughout the course period, either by phone or online.
The course location will be agreed with the registered course participants. Naturally we can also deliver the course at your own location for groups (minimum 6). Ask us about the options.
On the third training day, an exam is held. This exam consists of multiple choice questions and open questions from a case. In addition, you are required to hand in a report of an assignment given to you during the course.
Upon successfully completing the ERT Leader course, the course participant is awarded the ERT Leader certificate.
There is no requirement to repeat the ERT Leader course. However, it is advisable to regularly take refresher courses in order to stay up to date with developments.
No exemption possible.
The only requirement for this course is at least MBO-level professional and intellectual ability on the part of the participant.
In order to save time and increase familiarity for course participants, we can deliver practice and theory at your location. In this case, lunch is provided by the client. Naturally, tailored solutions are available for both the venue and for lunch. We can also hold the course at our head office in Breda or at one of our other training locations in the Netherlands. In this case, we will organise lunch for all participants.
In order to assure the quality of the training, we assume a maximum group size of 8 participants.
